Serhii has been working in the field of physical training for over 10 years. In his practice, he combines strength training, functional training, and recovery methods, paying particular attention to movement quality, safe progress, and long-term results.
For him, the goal is not only to help clients build strength and muscle mass but also to develop functional movement, stability, mobility, coordination, and endurance. His approach is based on proper biomechanics, the development of fundamental movement patterns, and building athleticism through a controlled and well-structured training process.
One of Serhii’s key areas of work is recovery and correction of muscular imbalances. In practice, he uses myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular release techniques, and elements of functional diagnostics. These methods improve range of motion, reduce excessive tension, and make strength training more effective.
