User – any natural person who uses the Online Services of the COD sports club.

By agreeing to this Policy, you give your consent to the COD sports club for:

• receiving, storing, organizing, and deleting your personal data;
• using personal data for the purpose of providing sports and related services;

You may delete your account through the COD Online Services or by contacting customer support. After deletion, some data may be retained in accordance with legal requirements.
